| The PACE M107D Hot Melt Coater can be used to apply hotmelt to a variety of materials and can be used with many different types of hotmelt adhesives to match your application.
The M107D applies a thin layer of hotmelt to the material as it is fed over the coating roller. The top roller is powered to drive the material through the machine, can be adjusted to accommodate different material thicknesses and applies pressure so the material makes proper contact with the coating roller.
The M107D is easy to use, economical to operate and is environmentally safe. Applying hotmelt adhesives in this manner requires less space than with other types of adhesives (no spray booth or drying area needed), virtually eliminates waste (no overspray) and quickly applies the adhesive with a consistent even pattern.

The PACE A507CHot Melt Activator reheats the hotmelt for bonding your material to another surface. The activator can be built in various lengths to accommodate a variety of material sizes and includes a ceramic board base shield.
